Delivery Information
At Half Price Bedz we run our own fleet of vehicles with satellite navigation reducing the risk of damage and failed deliveries caused by every-day couriers. Your furniture is in safe hands from the minute it leaves our warehouse to the time is arrives safely in your home.
We will contact you 24-48hrs prior to your delivery where you will be given an AM or PM delivery slot at the time of booking in your delivery. If you would like our driver to call 30 minutes prior to your delivery taking place, this can also be arranged upon your request.
Delivery times – vary according to the product and your delivery destination. We aim to deliver within a 7 day time scale but please allow up to 21 days and any delays we are made aware of we will notify you as soon as possible.

FREE Next Day Delivery anywhere in the UK – Where you see the icon next day delivery is available!
FREE Local Delivery – Within 30 miles of our store; based on your post code, delivery within 7 days.
Elsewhere in mainland UK is £30-£50 depending on what you order, contact us for a price.
For delivery to Northern Ireland, EIRE, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands or any other location not listed please contact the office on 01803 525422 or email us.
Damage in Transit
If your furniture sustains minor damage during shipping or contains a manufacturer’s defect you must inform our Customer Services Dept. within 48 hours of receiving the goods on 01803 525422 or email us. We will arrange for any parts to be sent to you or replaced if necessary. If items need to be returned please keep the original packaging.
Missing Items
If any items you have ordered are missing from your delivery, you must inform inform our Customer Services Dept. within 48 hours of receiving the goods on 01803 525422 or email us.

What information do we collect? We need your name, address, phone number, and email address in order to process an enquiry, or service and online purchase.
